We currently use McKesson Homecare for our POC documentation, but are considering switching to Cerner. Does Cerner's software have Wound Management?
I would love to hear a comparison from someone who has used both softwares.

I worked in Home Health for 15 years and when we started using computers to document 10 years ago we used Mckesson. Our agency made our own wound care page that we could attach as we were building our visit profile in Mckesson. Currently I work for a company that uses cerner. I prefer Mckesson over cerner. Cerner is awkward and the wound documentation is not that great and "to the point". Not sure what you are looking for specifically.

Cerner is in a word:Terrible. I have used many programs and Cerner was the worst as it is the most inflexible.
