Is the nclex the same thing in this state. I really would appreciate some notes or tips for taking the nclex. I will be taking it in indiana......Any help would truly be appreciated...

It doesn't matter what State you test in. These aren't State Boards anymore (although people still call them that)...it's a national exam.
Different States have different standards/criteria that allow you to SIT for the exam, but the exam itself will be the same no matter where you take it.
As for tips, all you have to do is read around this forum and you'll get alot of information.

The NCLEX is the same in every state. It's a national exam. But the questions you get will be different than anyone else. Your test questions are pulled from a bank of thousands of test questions.
No one can give you notes about their NCLEX exam, as it is illegal to discuss the content of the exam after you have taken it. If you're looking for ideas for study material, the most popular resources are Kaplan, Saunders, and LaCharity.
As far as NCLEX tips and advice, there are hundreds of threads on All Nurses and multiple websites with helpful information. I suggest using the search function on this site and searching Google. Here's a few threads to get you started:
