Does anyone know what the going rate for RNs pay per visit in home health nowadays?

I've been having the same pay rate for the last 6years and I'm thinking its time for a raise since expenses are going up!

Im in CA and have only worked for 2 home health agencies in my nursing career. My first agency pays 85 bucks per SOC and about roughly 50-60 for discharge. No gas coverage from them however. My second agency pays 100-120 for SOC depending on the insurance and they did cover my gas. I don't know what the rates are for other states so maybe someone else can reply and provide some more info.

Home Health can be fairly lucrative if your willing to bust your butt.

I do home health for pediatrics and typically have between 6-10hr shifts. Base pay is $27/h but there's differential for evenings/nights/weekends.

If you think you need a raise, ask for one. Even only one dollar an hour more is something. Your current rate is probably below the top of their scale to begin with.

About to start prn work for a psych home health that'll pay me $32/assesment and $28/visit. My first day is tomorrow, so we'll see how it goes! How extreme is the work? Better than inpatient/hospital setting?

We get a raise every year. I'm leaving in 6 weeks anyway for something new and exciting. I was getting bored. The kids are stable and it's more like babysitting with some nursing thrown in.
