Documents needed for NCLEX

Help!

I've just recently graduated with a degree of BSN from a country outside the US (well, from the Philippines actually). I did not get an agency to fix my papers because that would probably take ages as compared to fixing my application for NCLEX myself...or is it? I just dont know how to start. Yeah, i download an application but what other requirements do i need? In NY, for me as a foreign grad, do i simultaneously apply for nclex and that cvs or do i apply cvs first then nclex? please help me, i'm having a difficult time to do the application process step-by-step because i might miss out on a document needed to be passed. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
