Disease case study question

Where can I go to find actual case study on various diseases? Is there a book or a website? In trying to find a case study over pulmonary fibrosis. Had a pt today who came in with that diagnosis and I'm having trouble founding out much info about, like the course of the disease, treatments, life expectancy, etc. I had never heard of it before and found it extremely intriguing.

I'm not sure what you're looking for, but just googling it yielded a lot of good resources on the first page of results. I've found that the Mayo Clinic website for a particular disease is always a good resource if you want to learn more.
