I'm not sure there is a specialty "Disaster Nursing". Quite a few hospitals have a "Disaster Plan" that is multidisciplinary, involving MDs, paramedics, nursing, etc. We're the trauma center for the area, and as such participate in disaster drills, such as a mass casualty event like a fire, explosion, hurricane, terrorist attack, etc.
Is this what you mean?

I am a trained Red Cross Disaster Relief Nurse.
I worked the Isabella Bridge collapse diaster. A lot of people didn't hear much about this disaster, as it happed just 4 days after 9/11/01.
