Disability - need work from home job

I graduated with my BSN in May of 2015. I have 10 months of clinical experience (4 months in L&D and 6 months in LTC).

I have recently become ill with an un-diagnosed autoimmune disorder. I am currently having testing done to rule out lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. I have been having swelling, burning, and extreme pain in both of my feet.

I am unable to walk more than a few feet without being in excruciating pain. Does anyone have any knowledge about work from home nursing careers? What companies are reputable?

I don't want to completely give up on nursing. I want to stay in the medical field.

Thank you for any information you can provide.

Unfortunately, all of the work from home nursing positions that I'm aware of are based upon many years of experience.
