I wanted to make sure this was the correct answer, the order reads hold medication if apical is

I don't me to sound like a smart***, but sixty is not less than sixty. However, I would wait a few minutes and check the apical again. Is this a new med or home dose for this pt?

New to this forum and maybe I posted this is the wrong area. This is not pt related, it was a test question and I answered not to hold and it was wrong. I just didn't understand why.
