Did I Fail!!!

I took the NET test for the first time today. I had 30 math questions, but only finished 23 of them. I am pretty confident I answered at least 21 of them right. On the reading part I only finished 17 out of 33 I dont know how i did on that part. My question is; since I didnt answer all the questions did I fail.:banghead: I left the testing room with no confidence of passing. I feel so unsure right now. I really studied hard and wanted to pass the first time around. I have prepared myself to have to re-test. Does anyone think that I have a chance of passing with the ratio of unanswered to answered questions so high. Any info or advice would be helpful.

Thanks

Ok is the NET test the same as the HESSI? THe HESSI test is the test that determines whether or not you can qualify to potentially be in the nursing school? If that is the case then more than likely you did not pass the one where you only answered 17 out of 33. THe math seems likely that you passed. I do not know the regulations with it though. I had to get at least a 75% to pass. Is it the same?

Im not sure if it is similar to the HESSI. The NET is the entrance test to the LPN program and the TEAS is the entrance test to the RN program here in CT.

Look at the top of the Stickees on this section's page, and a poster shows how he systematically studied for it. You can take it again. Don't stress out. Everything is important in timing and all, but that should be easy to make up quickly in a few weeks.

i take my test tommmorow. my hands keep sweating, im a nervous wreck i dont know how much sleep i'll get tonight.

sometimes i wonder to myself it seem like the net is more challenging than the nclex. cause from the post that i read 90% pass on their first try and i see students taking the net like three times. hmmm

I wish you the best of luck tomorrow on your test. Word of advice stay positive, and remember you only have one minute for each question so try not to focus on one question to long, if you find its to hard move on to the next question. And definetly try to get some sleep tonight, you will need to be well rested for tomorrow. Let me know how you do on your test tomorrow.:roll
