Denver II...Help!

I have an assignment for my clinical and I have to do a Denver II on a 4month old but I have no clue how to do it. They didn't give me much directions just a sheet that has a chart on it. Does anyone know the steps in completing a Denver II for a 4 mth old?....Thanks :nuke:

If you look up "Denver II Training" on YouTube there is a training video you can watch that has five or six parts. That might help!

my only suggestion is to burn all the Denver II stuff. I hated that assignment and everything that came with it.
