dementia specific unit

Hi my name is Debbie and I am a LPN and work in long term SNF. We are trying to start some dementia specific programs in the facility. I'm in charge of getting it started is there anyone out there with any knowledge of any programs or have any pointers that would help me with this project. Thanks for any ideas you may have or are willing to share.
