Degree to enter accelerated program with

Help! I am a junior switching over my major in hopes to go into an accelerated nursing program after I finish my BS in either health science pre clinical or biology! Which one would be a better degree to go into an accelerated program with, BS in Health science pre clinical or Biology BS?

    From my experience, any would suffice as long as you meet the criteria for admission to an accelerated BSN program. If you meet (and exceed) the applicant pool you should have no issues.

    If you really want to exceed the applicant pool's stats, start working in health care (CNA, MA, EMT, or any other entry level nursing support staff).

    I have my BFA in Musical Theatre and will be applying to an accelerated BSN program for Spring 2018. So it really doesn't matter what your previous degree is in as long as you have the required prereqs and other exams (TEAS, HESI, etc) completed!
