6 more days

I have 6 more days left, got my exit interview scheduled for Tuesday which is my completion date! Didn't think this day was ever gonna come! Just want to say to everyone, keep your head up and it will pass. Thanks to this forum and to everyone who posts, it helps get through this more than you will ever know! If anyone has any questions just ask. I'll probably post again once I get the the finally not able to check in message🙌

Congrats to you. Incredible accomplishment to get through a monitoring program and your achievement serves as a reminder and motivator to all nurses in the thick of it that this has an end and there is an exit to this tunnel. Curious, an exit interview? Who with? Is the exit interview with your monitoring program/case manager or the BON, etc?

Congrats

Thank you and yes with Case Manager, I had to fill out a form and send to her and then she sent me a time and date and said it would be a short exit interview. So hopefully just a 5 or so minute phone call to go over sheet and be done!! Well at least till my check in with Spectrum says no more, LOL I'm hoping it all happens the same day or next day at least. I'm gonna feel weird and happy all at the same time, like I know I'm gonna wanna check in everyday since it's been part of my life for a year and a half.

Congratulations.  Dying to be done

Yep, was a crazy adjustment for me still waking up and checking in even dreaming about checking in and also dreaming/nightmares that I missed a check in and around 5pm in the afternoon, having anxiety about forgetting to check in even though I no longer had to. But this actually only lasted about 2 to 3 weeks and I was good to go. It seems like it would last for months, but for me and the people I have also talked to, 2 or 3 weeks and people are back to normal as they come out of what was a continuous state of sympathetic nervous system overdrive for 3, 4, or 5 years.

Congratulations, you say you did it for a year and half , does that mean you were released early ?

Thank you and No I wasn't released early that was my time I got per my evaluation.  No AA/NA meetings, no restrictions, just had to check in everyday and do my reports as well as my employer reports.  Tomorrows the day give or take a day or two, not sure how fast they cancel you checking in.

Even though I was done July 15 my testing app let me check in until yesterday! My case manager said sometimes there is a delay getting over to the testing company you're done. I tried to check in today and it said account not active. That's when I truly felt a huge weight off my shoulders and realized I was finally done!

You had to keep checking in? No tests? Congratulations.  Just waiting until this is over for me

I just had my exit interview, said I didn't have to check in today and just to delete the app! I'm beyond excited, I hadn't even been tested in 21 days, but I'll take it. So glad to be done and I know it will be an adjustment thinking I have to check in but I am sure will not last very long, LOL thank you all for posting on this board and all the comments! There is light at the end of the tunnel!!
