Davita interview

Hi everyone!

I will be having a davita interview soon and I'm so nervous! I have read they do behavioral questions and while I will prepare as much as possible you can't always know what question will be asked. If I have to tell them why they should hire me I can do that easily because I am a good nurse and REALLY want to work in dialysis. But I'm so worried about those questions! Does anyone have any imput or experience re: the davita interviews? I saw some older posts but wondered if anyone has any current ideas.

    Davita just purchased DSI Renal..one reason you can give them is they offer room for advancement, excellent training and job security as well as high standards for clinical care. I interviewed w/DSI today - I have no experience but am hopeful I can get in the door anyway. I really want something steady, challenging and not hospital.
