Maybe I'm the only one who thinks this is funny but.... My daughter and I were at our new house tearing out old ugly carpet. I had brought some pink gardening gloves in case we needed to protect our hands. She picked them up and put them only saying, "these make a dirty job glamorous". LOL

Maybe the carpet is funnier... picture this.....carpet probably 30+ years, on the floor and halfway up the walls, sculptured, practically shag.... orange......yellow........white.......brown......in a pattern reminiscent of tiger stripes... yes folks, it is the ugliest carpet on the planet......lol....

Imagine also, this is a room with slanted walls as it used to be the attic, with dark brown/gray hideous paneling, with one small window and ugly lights... it was/is like a dungeon in there. What were they thinking?!?!?! although i'm told they used it as a sound room for music or somesuch.
