Database of Scenarios for Students

Hey everyone.

I was wondering if a database of fictional clinical situations existed anywhere. I am in Fundamentals I and am wanting to practice documentation with the different styles of charting and the beginnings of assessment and care planning. It would be a lot easier for me if i had practice scenarios. Thanks!
