so I attended the 6 o'clock meeting today...still nervous and excited at the same time...and I'm open 2 study groups...inbox me so we can exchange information.

Hi galuv28, I attended the 1pm meeting and it was very warming to sit in the presence of all those instructors. The one thing about them is that they all graduated from darton before coming to teach for them. They kept stressing to us that if we need anything to please come to them. I can't wait to get started the instructors really made me comfortable for whats to come.

I have a question, The professors said we could go ahead and print out all our chapter units to get our notebooks organized but were do we go to print these things out? I tried georgia vista but I don't see anything. Do you think it's just not posted just yet? I am going to call the nursing department next week. Also I want to go ahead and get my CPR done but I can't find someone to tell me anything. I know they told us we can wait but I want this out of they way. I want to give 110% to nursing.

Anyway I'm going to inbox you my info about the study group. I was told two or three would be better than a crowd of people so I would prefer just a group of two or three people someone who is ready to work hard and set all jokes aside. I'm looking for someone who don't mind being my right hand knowing the favor can be returned. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi medic9872 this meeting was for those who were accepted into the Fall Albany tract program. When you get your acceptance letter you will have an invitation to your first mandatory meeting. Goodluck!!!!

I applied to the Sanderville Fall Bridge. Has anyone gotten acceptance or denial letters for that program? I am so ready to find out one way or the other!!! Good Luck to everyone

I know you directed this to galuv28 but I thought I should encourage you to not be scared. Everyone won't stick it out. Some just won't make it because it is very different than what we all are use to. Try to ignore the negative that you get from others if you really want this. I wish you the best and I look forward to meeting you as well!!!!!!

Yeah the commute is going to be hard but it can be done. I was three hours away as well but I decided to relocate. As a matter of fact I'm moving in a few weeks. I don't won't any time wasted on my behalf. I understand where your coming from but It's good they let us talk to people with experience. Just go ahead if you can and start reading and making plans because this is a roller coaster!!!!!!!! I have a friend already in the program at two different schools and they say it takes all you have.

Yes i would love to move also but i prefer a roommate as i wont be working at first ... The printouts wont be available until the 14th!! The books i will have to order via the bookstore on monday... I am glad they advised to read up first but limitless the advisor said to not do cpr now as they will provide it and it will be fresher before clinicals. I am interested in the study group also... I really want to excel in this i was a 4.0 student and i hope can keep my grades high still... Btw that recommendes book fund of success has great reviews.. Does anyone know of others to go straight thru without repeating anything? I like that we dont have any breaks! We will be finiah before we know it
