D&D Educators for someone challenging LVN exam with military experience

I am challenging the NCLEX PN exam in October and I want to do the online review from D&D educators. I have not done actual patient care in 7 years and would like to know if anyone had used them and passed. Please note I did NOT go to an LVN school so i do not have that advantage. I was a Navy corpsman and that is how I am able to challenge. Even if you did not use D&D, I would still love to hear what you did to pass. This is for people who used military training to challenge. And again, i have not done patient care for a long time. Thank you in advance for your help!!
