hello i applied for cgfns cvs and my status says

APPLICATION-RECEIVED

SIGNED NOTARIZED APPLICATION-RECEIVED

TRANSCRIPT AUTHORIZATION FORM FROM LAGUNA COLLEGE 06/2007 - 04/2011WAITING TO BE RECEIVED

ISSUED REPORT-WAITING FOR APPROVAL

when i mailed my signed notarized i got an email from them saying they received it and change my signed notarized application from waiting to be received to received. earlier this morning i got an email again from them saying that they received a TRANSCRIPT-(MY SCHOOL) but my status for TRANSCRIPT VALIDATION FORM FROM LAGUNA COLLEGE and TRANSCRIPT AUTHORIZATION are both still waiting to be received how is that possible if they received it already but my status didn't change? is there something wrong?

My CGFNS didn't change and had a few things saying waiting to be received even though I had rang them several times and know they had them because they signed for them and it didn't change until the day my CES was issued. Suspect yours will be the same
