Hello everyone!
I applied last week to CVS Minute Clinic and had a phone interview with someone from HR yesterday afternoon. This morning I received an email from the regional manager to set up a phone interview for next week. Has anyone had this second interview, and if so, what should I expect? Is it a good sign that I'm moving on with a second interview or not necessarily? I want this job so bad! Please let me know any experiences any of you have had!

Hi, I'm about to start FNP program and I have seen on glassdoor many job openings at CVS clinics. What do you do there as an FNP? The pay and hours look great.

Close friend of mine worked in a Minute Clinic for a few years. She loved it but left for maternity and loved that more, so she never went back. Lol. It's a "one man show." So, you're on your own which she liked the independence. Her only gripe was with that autonomy, came a lot of administrative duties as well.

Hello! I am interested in speaking with you about your experience as a CVS minute clinic NP but it appears I do not have the private message capability yet for my account. My initial phone interview is next Monday. If you are still active on here please let me know. Thank you.

SnowShoeRN,
Hi I had a preliminary interview with the recruiter from CVS, she is going to call me back today to see if I want to move forward with the process by doing a virtual interview with the manager. Can you tell a little about what type of questions they ask during the manager's interview?

Valerie Johnson,
Did you get offered the job with minute clinic? I’m currently waiting to hear back from them. I have completed the 30min call with the recruiter, a one hour interview with the regional quality NP, and I job shadowed for 3 hours. It has been three days since my job shadow and I haven’t heard anything. Just curious how long it takes to hear back?
Hi just surviving 22,
I have not been offered a job yet, but I suppose to interview with the manager via video Thursday, it took them a week to get back to me about the interview. What questions did they ask during your?
They asked about 10 behavioral questions. Describe a situation where you didn’t get along with a coworker and how you handled it. Describe a situation where you had to use critical thinking skills to figure out what was going on with a patient because what they were originally diagnosed with is not actually what was going on. How would you handle a patient who is demanding an antibiotic but doesn’t need it. Good luck! Hope this helps. My process with them was pretty quick. The recruiter called me 09/27, I interviewed with the regional quality NP on 09/28, and did a 3 hour job shadow on 10/01. I get everything went well but it’s been 4 days since the job shadow and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I’m not sure if there are anymore steps or not.
Thank you this helps a lot, good luck with the outcome of your interview.
