greetings all,
i am an australian nurse moving in a couple of weeks to the united arab emirates.
the hospital in which i am to work employs current american guidelines for advanced cardiac life support.
can anyone suggest where i am able to view online records of current guidelines for both adults, paediatrics and neonates?
in particular i am interested in obtaining flow charts / algorithms which relate to the management of different arrhythmia including defibrillation and drug doses.
i suspect these guidelines are not too dissimilar to our own however, would like to confirm this before i arrive overseas.
thanks in advance.

the american heart association website is www.americanheart.org. you can find information there if you click the cpr & ecc link.
materials such as handbooks, pocket cards, & manuals can be purchased from several vendors. i personally use www.laerdal.com.
neonatal guidelines and materials can be found at http://www.aap.org/nrp/
good luck!
