CTS reply

Hi all,

can anybody help me .i send application to CTS.they send me a link to confirm my email and start to pprocess but the link doesn't work, I send them reply multiple times in regard to it,but no reply and also I contacted them via telekinesis still no reply.i am afraid .will they send me another link or they will deny my application.

I m so tensed
