CSUSM FALL 2022

I have not seen a forum for transfer BSN applicants for San Marcos fall 2022!

I am a san diego resident but south bay so I don't get priority on the application. Here are my stats: 

GPA: 3.919

Science GPA: 3.875

TEAS:86%

1 year CNA experience 

If anyone has information from past cohorts lmk or if they were admitted last year please give me some hope

    I was wondering if anyone got their acceptance letter already. I emailed the extended learning-inquiry last week and they said that it would be 4-5 weeks from the deadline. I know its only been barely 4 weeks but I want to know cause I am picking between two schools.

    I just received an email today that they are still in the evaluation phase and are hoping to send out results by the end of the week.

    The results of evaluations so acceptance/denials will be sent out by the end of this week since it was supposed to be sent out on the 11th.

    has anyone heard anything yet? ? I can't believe they send out decisions so late. I am local but I can't imagine trying to get everything arranged in 2 months before the program starts if I wasnt. not to mention if you applied to other programs!! killing me

    I got waitlisted(also local) on 4/24. Students had the deadline of 5/1 to accept.

    @nursejeli did you receive that information via email? I got my evaluation score on 4/5/22, but haven't received a decision yet. I've been checking under the "communication center" in the portal since that is where the welcome letter is. Should I be looking elsewhere?

    Yes, I received the information via my personal email.
