Just submitted my application

Science GPA- 3.78

GE GPA- 4.0

TEAS- 91.3

READING TEAS- 97.9

Points- 9.564

I am beyond stressed right lol

I didn't receive any form of confirmation after completing the Nursing Application. However, I did receive an email stating that I have to submit my official transcripts through mail. Did anyone else receive this email?

Btw, I will be applying with 9.464 points!!! Super anxious!

Are you a current CSULB student? I emailed the SON and they told me that I did not have to submit any official transcripts if I am already a student at the school!

No, I did not receive that email. Now that makes me even more anxious! Hopefully I'm doing everything right.

You're a second degree applicant, right? I'm thinking that maybe they only send those emails to second degree applicants. I remember I read in past threads that you guys don't need to do the communication exercise so the process is a little different for you... But I'm not sure if this is true. It's just an assumption based on what I read.

I am still waiting to get my TEAS scores (hopefully they populate to my ATI account before Tuesday), so I haven't been able to complete the nursing school application yet. For those of you who have submitted it, which link on ATI's site did you use for CSULB? I ask, because it shows two different options for the school for some reason.

My results finally populated to my account. I electronically submitted to the CSULB TEAS option out of the two for the school.

My score is:

SCIENCE GPA: 4.0

GE GPA: 4.0

TEAS SCORE: 92.7

TEAS READING: 93.6

TOTAL POINTS: 9.726

Was anyone else shocked that the SON application automatically submitted itself? I am pretty sure I filled it out correctly, but I had intended to go back and check everything before sending it...but much to my dismay it was sent the second I typed in the last line.

Does anyone know when they are going to send out emails telling us if we got invited to the communication exercise?

I called the number that was listed for the self service admission status last week because they had strangely said I applied to spring 2019 (I applied to spring 2020). The person I spoke with said that we will be getting emails around the second week of October.

Has anyone received an email for the communication exercise? Spring 2019's cohort received their emails on October 9th for the exercise so I am starting to get a bit nervous. ?

I know—at this time last year, they did it on Wednesday of the second week and the exercise 1 week after that. I need to stop checking my email inbox lol.
