CSULB Spring 2020

Hello everyone!

I couldn't find a thread for the upcoming spring admission, so I thought I should start one. Who is applying to CSULB this upcoming semester for spring 2020? I've finished all my pre-requisites. I just need to take TEAS which I am taking in early June. I would love to hear from other applicants and current CSULB nursing students.

Hope to hear back from you all and good luck :)!

Did anyone else get an email from SON? Did any prenursing kids from csulb get anything? I have not gotten any emails from the SON ever since the communication exercise.

I’m also pre-nursing but haven’t received any email from SON yet. I think we’re all waiting for the SON email, but I’m hoping it’s coming this week!

Has anyone thats waitlisted been given any info about whether or not we attend orientation? I emailed but no response..

I don't think anyone has gotten any information on anything from SON. I also emailed them a different question and have not heard back as well.

I am not waitlisted, nor has the school told me this, but—I have followed threads on here for the past few years, and every school I’ve followed, including this one, have required waitlisted people to attend orientation. Which makes sense because if you get in at the last minute, you would not get one otherwise. I imagine you will get an email when the date draws near, but I do feel for you not knowing.

agreed, it would make sense. I didn't receive a waitlist email either, but does that mean we for sure made it? I didn't receive an official email from SON about acceptance, so is there a chance we can still be waitlisted from SON?

I didn’t receive a waitlisted email either. The only reason I know is because I did the self service application status

did you receive a letter from admissions?

I just got an email from SON! ? Got it just 5 minutes ago!

just got a letter from SON. check your emails!

The email didn't say where to email a copy of the signed form back to. I'm wondering if we just send it to the email that we received it from?

Did anyone's email say where or what time orientation is? Mine just says dec.7th

I had this exact same question. Or do we print it and drop it off at the school? But that would make it extremely difficult for the people who don’t currently live in the area.

Mine also just says Dec. 7th. Maybe they’ll let us know what time as it gets closer?
