CSULB Spring 2018

I just thought i would like to start a thread :) I'm applying for Spring 2018 as a transfer student. Anyone else applying? I'm still trying to finish my science courses. It's so competitive! I just thought it's better to start one, the earlier the better. lol and maybe we can help each other guys.

    Hey TonyZ, I wasn't aware that I had to submit a SON application? All this time I thought we had to wait after September 1st to get the email from SON?

    Yes you need to submit a hardcopy application to the School Of Nursing asap! Get it from the csulb son website!

    I dropped it off to the school of nursing building. The other way wouod be to mail it in. The address is on the application.

    Guys! I took the TEAS yesterday for the first time, andmy score turn out really bad. 72.3% for reading and 88% for total score. My point right now is only 8.97. Do you think I should apply this spring? Or should I skip the spring and retake the TEAS to raise my score? I'm conflicted and really need help.

    Retake the teas. Your score isn't high enough and you only get a limited amount of tries to apply.

    TonyZ, we have to multiply each scores by 2 and divide by 100, right? The downloadable application sample was way back in Spring 2016, and it said to leave that section blank.

    I'm submitting my application tomorrow. Does the application have to be in an envelope or something? Lol I'm so nervous good luck to all of us!

    Eloise0208, yes multiply by 2 and divide by 100. The sample I had said to leave only the interview points blank at the bottom. I put all the application documents in a yellow mailla envelope and wrote SPRING 2018 BSN APPLICATION along with my name and phone number. There will be a tray labeled nursing applications when you walk in the School Of Nursing building. Yes, good luck!!! Did you join the Facebook group yet?

    I spoke to Monalisa yesterday and we were supposed to leave the boxes for our points blank. The committee fills it in.
