I never took the NET, so I can't give you an answer as far as comparing the two tests. I only took the NLN which is what CSN requires. It is comprised of math, science, vocab/comprehension. I found the math to be easy, the comprehension was easy, but both the science and vocab were hard. I had a lot of physics ?'s on my test and I didn't study that. The vocab just plain sucked.

I passed and earned a few extra points, so that was all I cared about.

CSN does not have a waiting list. They go off of a point system, if you have enough points you're in and if not you have to reapply for the next semester and hope it is not as competitive that time around.

Good luck to you
