Hello, I'm in my last year of nursing school and am currently just doing some research about graduate programs. I know I need experience and do plan on working for a few years before continuing my education. I've heard there are CRNA programs that are partnered with hospitals where they hire graduate RN's into ICU positions on a path to later join their CRNA program. I'm not sure if this is a just a rumor because I haven't been able to pull up any hospitals/schools that do such a thing. Any information is welcome! Thank you

I haven't heard of any such programs, but that doesn't mean they don't exist.
