credential evaluation sending forms by school

Hi friends

hope all of you r fine. I studied my nursing school in baguio and then transfer to dagupan university and graduated 2007. recently i am in USA and applying credential evaluation in CALIFORNIA,BON. My dagupan school where i graduated filled all the CA forms, i have not contact my baguio school yet. since all the required items are given by the dagupan do i also need to contact in baguio school? do the california BON will need that OTR too?I am here in US and also hard to contact there is anyone from philipnes has done credential from CA and also has the same background(transferred school)?

please help me whether i need to sent documents in previous school or not? :cry: worried so much..

It will depend if your initial training is included on the same transcript as where you completed your program from. That is how it is usually done in the Philippines and then the one transcript and form would suffice.
