Hello everyone. I am starting my Practical Nursing program at Humber College in September and was trying to register for CPR and First Aid course which is a prerequisite for the program but it is fully booked at Humber. Tell me guys if I can take it somewhere else. Thank you.

I start PN at Centennial College in September as well and I took mine through TorontoCPR - they certify through Red Cross and run classes all the time. The instructor, ****, was fabulous!!

Try a google search for some private providers. I have done mine in a Retired nurses home before. It's a last resort you can always drive to another city. Conestoga college in Kitchener is not too far. I just signed up for my recert there and they had spots open. Good luck in school

Im starting at Mohawk for Practical Nursing in Sept...I booked it thru the college but you can also do it through St.John's Ambulance, Red Cross or a YMCA.
Thank you all. I am trying to register with Toronto CPR and I am a little confused about what course to choose. Is this the one I need?

I know someone in Whitby who is fantastic. She does it out of her home. Message me if you would like her information, but she is out near Oshawa in Whitby
