hey all, i'm currently working in a pediatric er and have been there for the last 2 years. i'm very excited about the cpen and am looking towards taking it by dec 2009. i've been studying the pearls review series for the cepn and am reading the ena pediatric emergency core curriculum, just wondering if anyone has any study tips or guides that are helpful.
thanks to all who reply.

Sounds like you're using all the available resources! I checked the ENA website to see if there was a sample CPEN exam, because that was helpful for me as far as gauging my preparation for the CEN exam, but there isn't one available yet. There are some (non-ENA-endorsed) prep courses listed on the ENA website here: http://admin.ena.org/bcen/cpen/ReviewCourses.asp -- pretty pricey, though! One of the CPEN review course websites appears to have some additional resources for sale, like audio reviews. The exam is just so new! :)
