COS Nursing Program Spring 2019

So, is there anyone on here that has applied to the College of the Sequoias nursing program for the Spring 2019 cohort? If so, are you feeling confident about getting accepted?

She just said that she did not meet the gpa of 2.5. We both applied for the bridge.

I've also sent transcripts to sjvc it's one of my other options as well:) thanks good luck to you as well.

I am also waiting to hear back from SJVC.

Some schools only take your pre req GPA not your overall from all your courses. So I guess COS takes your overall GPA from all courses taken not just pre reqs?

Oh no that's a bummer :/ I checked the mail. Nothing yet!

To apply - it's overall 2.5 but then they separate your science etc as well to add up the points. If i remember correctly?!!

Well hopefully we hear back in the next couple of days.

I am also waiting to hear back from SJVC.

They said 2nd or 3rd week they will start making phone calls of October.

Wow awesome! FCC doesn't open apps til January tho? And sjvc is like 50,000$ isn't it? That's why I didn't apply there! But good luck! Hope we all get our letters today!

FCC was open August 1-30th. For the LVN-RN but it starts in June I believe and it's 2 semesters verses COS starting in January & being 3 semesters. And SJVC is 35,000 :( that's why I'm hoping I get into either COS or FCC.
