contract advice

I have worked at a facility as LPN for 3 years. I signed a contract for four years of employment in return of facility paying for my RN school. Well school is over and no position as RN is open. I am only few months into being a RN and the administration has changed and moral has changed. I am miserable and don't agree with supervisor discussing my work performance with peers. I am still working the same position as I did as LPN. I have been offered a great opportunity with no option of future employer of buying contract out. DK what to do?
