Consistent schedule, or scattered?

Does anyone else get very stressed about going to work after having so many days off? Do you like knocking out everything at once, or do you like to spread out your shifts? I love to have 7 days off, but I don't like it when I have to go back and readjust my sleep schedule. Anyone else have input?

Hi!

I work nights so I prefer straights. For example, this week I did four in a row now I have four off so I can go back to normal. I take a nap and force myself to stay awake (run errands cleanblah). When my sched is choppy I hate it. I prefer weekends more cash plus I know mydays are in a row!

I like to have 3-4 days off in a row and don't mind working crazy hours in between to get them.
