Conferences for CEUS

I want to find some conferences to go for CEUs in my city ( I live in a state capital so it shouldn't be too hard) but I can't find anything useful. I particularly would like to take a conference about conflict management. Any advice? I am helpless now, been googling for an hour! haha.

    I am not a member of either, could not afford to join when I was getting licensed and even now have little interest in paying for membership..
