Aloha everyone, I am internationally educated from the philippines and I just passed my NCLEX-RN. I do not have SSN yet, I wonder if anyone here knows about conditional license and what are the requirements to get one?
thank you.

A Social Security number is required for license to be issued. There is no conditional license in Hawaii on their website: Professional & Vocational Licensing | Licensing Area: Nursing Contact BON directly for further assistance.
Check out Allnurses Nurse Registration forum-- has many discussions about obtaining RN license various states.
Be aware job market is very tight in Hawaii due to recent glut of new graduates and positions hard to obtain.

If you're not a US citizen, you need to provide a SSN and your Permanent Residence (Greencard) in order for them to process your RN license.
You can contact Hawaii BON anytime and they reply fast with any queries you have. 😊ðŸ‘
Thank you everyone.:-)
