Concerns regarding signatures in application forms

As far as I am concerned, CGFNS services need the applicant's entire name to be written as signature(first,middle name,last). I did the same for the BON application form. My concern is it doesn't match the signature in my passport which will be used for NCLEX exam identification. Need answers please.

you have to do exactly the same signature, in the nclex testing center, as you have on the photo id you are going to present for the exam.

ok so it doesn't matter what signature i used for the bon application as long as on the day of the exam, i have to sign on the testing center the the same sign in my passport.
