I have been working in the same job for 14 years and I just got called to a meeting with a national compliance officer. Has anyone ever attended one of these for a complaint? What was it like?

Never has one. Good luck though. Do you know what the complaint was?
I specialize in managing home health cases. I have no idea. I have been working for the company for 14 years and I never had to do this. Not sure what I am going to have to deal with when I get there. I just know its a meeting regarding national compliance.
So the person you are meeting with is an employee with your company or a federal official?? Perhaps it's something simple like they want to ensure documentation or care meets national standards?? Let us know how it goes. Good luck.
According to my can rep it is an employee that works in our compliance dept. I have never been in this type of meeting before so I just want to know how the meeting operates. I don't want to go in blind folded.
