complete nursing

Looking for a change.I am an emergency nurse, for 15 years. I still love the job, but am tired of not having the time/staff or toolsto do my job the way it shoulde be done. In home care, do you feel you have this? Have been reading thru your posts, as is the other boardsd this is where you can vent,I dont see much c/othese problems? True, or are you just lucky and are happier?

I have seen agencies with everything they need and others who get by with nothing. I have been in the "work with the bare minimum" since PPS. Time is an issue everywhere I think as in home health your schedule is very unpredictable.
