Comparing 2nd degree programs

Was curious to get some professional opinions between two programs. My long term goal is to hopefully become a holistic NP. I'm 24 year old male.

Umass 2nd degree-Accelerated BSN, 17 months with 3 month 1 on 1 internship with RN at end of program

UConn MEIN (Master's entry into nursing) 12 months, no bachelor's, certificate to sit for NCLEX. If you obtain all B's you're guaranteed admission into their master's program.

My question-regardless of which way I go ( operating under the unsafe assumption that I get into one or both), I hope to move to a city and work for a couple of years before returning to grad school. Will the BSN from Umass make me much more employable as an RN? Thanks for any input.

I would encourage you to give Columbia University and their ETP program a glance

what makes you employable is your license. Go for the one that will get your license and prepare you for MSN

I'd go with the first option. Even if you know that you want to continue on with your education, the program that gives you more clinical experience is going to help you alot when you start working.
