Where are you actually living now? That is what is going to matter. The issue that you had before was that you were living in one compact state, so there was no reason for you to be writing the exam for another compact state.
When you decide on where you wish to live, then go for licensure there and you will not have any problems.
Much has been written on the Compact License, please just do a search for it.
i am actually planning to move in okhlohoma or ohio.i guess these are non-compact states/ is it possible states to give nclex for colorado board. since i have done all my processing and got my att too. if i try from other board of nursing , it will take long time but i want to give nclex soon. and i even do not have that kind of funds to apply to other board in this situation. i am frustrated.

If you have done everything with Colorado and have ATT then sort out sitting the exam and once you have passed endorse to the state you are moving to. NCLEX results are national it is just your license that is state held.
