College Choice for Certificate Program

I am looking for feed back on a school of choice for a Post Master's Certificate program. I already have a Masters in Nursing Degree in Education. I am thinking about preparing myself to be a Supervisor. I looked at the Nurse Administrator Certificate program at Penn State World Campus Online and Leadership and Nurse Administration at Capella University. I am looking for feedback on these programs. What are your thoughts?

    Actually, with an MSN, you are already eligible for most nursing admin jobs - so if you are seeking a certification in order to impress potential employers, it is a no-brainer. Penn State has MUCH more prestige than any commercial school.
