Co-worker Suck

hey, guys just venting, i have been in dialysis for 3 years started as a tech I'm currently a lvn, and just got accepted into the bsn program:yeah:. I am have a very hard time with my co-workers:no:. I am very strong mind. I let people no how I feel, but I am cautious, and I do not think that sits well with most people . My co-worker I don't know I feel like they have a target on my back . There is something else they do not judge on work performance or how you treat the pt. they judge on how you Shi***** I dont know what they judge on. I try no to care but there is always something going on people complaining and it is soooooooo draining. What do I do? How do I stick with it? Dialysis has allowed me to continue my education and I am not quite finish yet, but I am tired of all the fighting and back stabbing. I just want to work in peace. Is this just at my location? My boss is a lune.

Sorry you are having such a hard time at work. As you said, this is just temporary while you finish school. Have you considered just laying low and not making waves until you finish school then leaving?

Personally, I foound it hard to change roles at places of employment. I worked at a nursing home as an LPN while I was doing my ADN and when I became an RN found I got little to no respect from co-workers who still saw me in my former role.

Good luck...
