CNL Role in LTC

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone has any experience working as a Clinical Nurse Leader in a LTC setting? I currently work as an RN in LTC, but may be offered a position as a CNL. Can anyone give me any beta re: what the role involved, whether you liked it or not and why?
