this is a link to a site that lists the names and addresses of the offices of each state agency that maintains the nurse aide registry. you want to find the one for washington and contact them. i tried to find a website for them, but was unable. perhaps i just didn't input the correct information. you'll have better luck if you just call them. when you get them on the phone, ask for a list of approved cna training programs in the area where you will be moving to. these state agencies also will have information on taking the examination to become certified.
