CNA State Exam

Published

Hello,

About to finish my CNA class and take the state exam. Question for those that have taken it, what can I expect? I've asked my instructor and just got, "be prepared". Well hell, our textbook had 700+ pages of material. I'd like a better answer than that. What seems to be a common trouble spot in the exam? That is, what trips people up?

Thanks,

K

you have to take a writtin multiple choice exam and then do a skills demonstration, genrally consisting of 3 skills, you need to be prepared to go through all of the steps for each skill, as long as you don't do something unsafe, or completely out of order in the sequence of steps you should be fine
