Cna and resident assistant working in same assisted living facility. What are the duties and responsibilities of each one?

Both jobs are the basically the same duties. They just have different titles. Feeding, toileting, bathing, turning, etc.
So why advertise as 2 seperate jobs for job opening if its same thing
Contact the facility if you want to be certain of each position's responsibilities. Or maybe you just go in person and ask.

Being a cna you are the same as a ra but with a little higher pay

CNA you have to pass a certifying exam and usually take some classes. RA's learn on the job and receive less pay. (That's how it is in IL)
