The book i got before my class started:
"The Nursing Assistant-Acute, Sub-Acute, and LTC" (4th edition) by JoLynn Pulliam.
It comes with a CD Rom and companion website. I got it at Borders for about $47.00

Check out http://deptets.fvtc.edu/nursing/index.htm or try to get the book used by your school.

I really like that the companion site is free. That is an excelent preparatory resource! Does anyone else know of good textbooks that have companion sites? I hope to study over winter break so the NAC program I take in January will be less studying as I am also taking academic courses!
