So I mentioned the clinical cards I made in a Facebook group and some people wanted to see them so I uploaded them into Dropbox. Figured I might share here as well because I've gotten SO MUCH info from this site so I might as well contribute as well.
Please note that I made these using Open Office since I am too cheap to buy Microsoft Office. Due to this some of the formatting may very well be a bit cray cray.
Anyway, here is the link. Feel free to use and let me know if you have anything to add or anything that is wrong (since I haven't really used EVERYTHING in clinic yet):

Good luck to you students and new NP's! I'm 6 months in and still feel like my main goal is not to kill anybody!
PS: I printed these out on 4x6 note cards, laminated them, then punched a hole and put them all on a ring. Perfect size for my pocket and still readable. I also colored the edges of each one to differentiate topics/body systems so it's quick to get to what I need.
