Do any CRNA's or anesthesia providers have any common clinical practice issues that involve any particular asthma drugs? If so what are the common issues and do you have anyway to solve that problem or issue through a certain practice.

Have you tried looking for articles published in the AANA's journal? Not sure if articles can be accessed by nonmembers or not, but perhaps you can access them through a library?

I am asking because I am in school and am doing a project. I would like to find journal articles that either support your practices or if there are no definitive practices in place possible see what the journal articles suggest be done.

Steroids are the biggest issue and can cause adrenal suppression. These two articles should get you started.
